Terms of Service

Each piece is made to order in our English workshop. When you place an order you authorise production to begin; please allow 5–10 working days before dispatch.

Because leather is a natural material, grain and colour vary slightly from hide to hide. These variations are characteristics of full-grain leather, not defects.

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe or Klarna. Klarna's payment plans are subject to Klarna's own terms and credit checks.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing error.

Shipping rates and thresholds are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment.

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we extend this to a 30-day returns window for unworn items. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Lifetime repairs cover manufacturing defects and wear-related failures for the original owner. Repairs do not cover damage from misuse, alteration by third parties, or normal patina development.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
